A examine with the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Customer Defense examined 8 imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', 5 in the UAE and 3 from Turkey. It observed that every one eight samples were deemed "defective". Five from the products sampled contained fats besides cocoa butter, which is not permitted in products labelled "chocolate" in Germany.
